Michael W. W. Atmore

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1994 and Bachelor of Laws degree in 2000, both from the University of Alberta, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2001. Michael has acted extensively for Canadian chartered banks, numerous private lenders and as counsel to corporate borrowers in major financing transactions. He also represents clients as their counsel for real estate development projects, the acquisition and divestiture of a variety of businesses, and for internal corporate related matters. His experience includes drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements and the structuring and documentation of secured lending transactions.

On the rare occasions when he is not being chased around by his children, Michael likes to play hockey, ski, and avoid cutting the lawn.
